Brigitte Nielsen is a Danish actress who made her film debut in Red Sonja (1985). She gained further recognition for her role in Rocky IV (1985) and starred alongside Sylvester Stallone in Cobra (1986). Nielsen portrayed a villain in Beverly Hills Cop II (1987) and appeared in the Italian fantasy series Fantaghirò during the 1990s. She was referred to as an 'Amazon' by the media, a term she embraced in 1985. Beyond acting, she participated in reality television, including Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew in 2008.
