Brent Briscoe was an American actor and screenwriter who worked with Billy Bob Thornton after their collaboration on Sling Blade (1996). He began his career in theater before transitioning to film, appearing in projects such as Mulholland Drive (2001) and The Messengers (2007). Briscoe also partnered often with Mark Fauser, a college roommate.
