Bradley Whitford is an American actor who won a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series for his role as Josh Lyman in The West Wing (1999-2006). He portrayed Eric Gordon in Billy Madison (1995), Dean Armitage in Get Out (2017), and Roger Peralta in Brooklyn Nine-Nine. Whitford appeared in Godzilla: King of the Monsters (2019) and tick, tick... BOOM! (2021). His performances in Transparent earned him a second Emmy Award and a nomination for a fifth. He plays Commander Joseph Lawrence in The Handmaid's Tale, a role that led to his third Emmy win in 2019.
