Bo Jackson is an American former professional athlete who won the Heisman Trophy in 1985. He played college football for the Auburn Tigers and went on to compete in the NFL with the Los Angeles Raiders and in MLB with teams including the Kansas City Royals and the Chicago White Sox. Jackson is recognized as the only athlete to be an All-Star in both major North American sports. His crossover appeal was amplified by the "Bo Knows" Nike campaign in the late 1980s. In addition to sports, he has appeared in acting roles in television series like The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air and in the film The Chamber (1996). Jackson was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 1996.
