Billy West is an American voice actor who originated the characters Philip J. Fry in Futurama and Stimpy in Ren & Stimpy. He began his career in the early 1980s with comedic performances on Boston's WBCN and was a cast member on Howard Stern's radio show in the 1990s. West's notable film contributions include voicing Bugs Bunny and Elmer Fudd in Space Jam (1996) and other Looney Tunes projects. He also lent his voice to the animated series Doug and has worked on Tom and Jerry: The Magic Ring (2002). In addition to voice acting, West is a musician with a band called Billy West and The Grief Counselors.
