Billy Gardell is an American stand-up comedian and actor who played Mike Biggs in Mike & Molly. He has been active in the comedy industry since 1989 and has also appeared in My Name Is Earl as a police officer. Gardell voiced Santa in Ice Age: A Mammoth Christmas and had a recurring role as Lyle Winkler on Sullivan & Son. He starred in Avenging Angelo in 2002.
