Billy Chow is a Chinese Canadian actor and martial artist who played General Fujita in the film Fist of Legend (1994). He is a former world kickboxing champion and has appeared in various action films, including Tai Chi Boxer (1996) where he portrayed Wong, Great Kick of the North. Chow's filmography includes The Gambling Ghost (1991). He is also credited as Billy Chau and Billy Chow Bei-lei.
