Bill Tung Biu was a Hong Kong actor who portrayed Inspector Bill Wong in Police Story (1985). He began his career as a horse jockey before transitioning to horse racing commentary. His acting career spanned from 1949 to 1996, during which he frequently collaborated with Jackie Chan, appearing in films such as Police Story 3: Super Cop (1992) and Ghostly Vixen. Tung's last film role was in Police Story 4: First Strike (1996) before retiring from acting. He also retired from horse racing commentary in 2000.
