Bill McKinney was an American character actor who played the sadistic mountain man in Deliverance (1972). He appeared in seven films directed by Clint Eastwood, including his performance as Captain "Redlegs" Terrill in The Outlaw Josey Wales (1976). McKinney's work also includes a role in First Blood (1982). He stood at 5' 10" (1.78 m).
