Bill Cobbs is an American actor who portrayed Louisiana Slim in The Hitter (1979). His notable film roles include Walter in The Brother from Another Planet (1984), Reginald in Night at the Museum (2006), and Master Tinker in Oz the Great and Powerful (2013). Cobbs also starred as Lewis Coleman in the television series I'll Fly Away (1991–1993) and appeared as Jack in The Michael Richards Show (2000). He made guest appearances on popular shows such as Walker, Texas Ranger and The Sopranos. In 2020, he received a Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Limited Performance in a Daytime Program for his work on Dino Dana.
