Benedikt Erlingsson is an Icelandic director who graduated from the Iceland Academy of the Arts in 1994. He has directed two feature films, both of which received the Nordic Council Film Prize. Erlingsson has also been associated with the National Theater of Iceland throughout his career. His film "Touch" was released in 2024.
