Ben Kjar is Utah Valley University's first-ever NCAA Division 1 Wrestling All-American. He has overcome significant challenges in life, including being born with Crouzon syndrome, and has become an international professional speaker, sharing his journey with audiences worldwide. In addition to his speaking career, Kjar has flipped nearly 200 properties and built a rental portfolio of almost 100 multi-family rentals and storage units. He is also the subject of the documentary 'Standout: The Ben Kjar Story' (2026). Ben and his wife, LaCol, are proud parents to three adopted children, all under the age of four.
