Ben Daniels is a British actor who made his film debut in The Bridge (1992). A graduate of the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art, he has appeared in various television series including The Lost Language of Cranes (1991), Conspiracy (2001), and Cutting It (2002–2005). On the big screen, Daniels has taken on supporting roles in Beautiful Thing (1996), I Want You (1998), and Doom (2005), with a notable performance in the independent film Passion in the Desert (1997). He has received multiple nominations for his stage work, winning the Laurence Olivier Award for Best Supporting Actor in 2001 for his role in All My Sons. Daniels made his Broadway debut in 2008 with a revival of Les Liaisons Dangereuses, earning a Tony Award nomination for his performance.
