Bembol Roco is a Filipino actor who gained prominence for his role as Julio Madiaga in Maynila: Sa mga Kuko ng Liwanag. His career spans both film and television, including a significant part in the 1982 film The Year of Living Dangerously. Roco has also been featured in various action movies, often portraying villainous characters, and appeared in Sine Novela: Tinik sa Dibdib. He collaborated extensively with Lino Brocka and is recognized as one of the 'Brocka babies,' working with notable directors like Ishmael Bernal and Chito S. Roño.
