Becki Newton is an American actress who portrayed Amanda Tanen in the television series Ugly Betty from 2006 to 2010. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in European History and was involved in local theater productions during her upbringing in Connecticut. Newton also played Quinn in How I Met Your Mother and starred in the romantic comedy series Love Bites, which aired in 2011. In addition to her television work, she appeared in the film Otherhood in 2019. Newton's husband is actor Chris Diamantopoulos, and they have a son together, born in 2010.
