Barry Flatman is a Canadian actor who played Judge Halden in Saw III (2006). He has appeared in various film and television productions, including Rideau Hall, where he portrayed a fictional Prime Minister of Canada. His filmography features titles such as Cruel Intentions 2 (2000), My Name is Tanino, The Company, Just Friends, and H2O. Flatman also had a role in the 2008 A&E miniseries The Andromeda Strain as Chuck Beeter.
