Barbara Lukešová is a Czech actress who graduated from the State Conservatory in Prague. She performed at the F. X. Šalda Theatre in Liberec and the Rokoko Theatre in Prague from 1994 to 2001, while also working with the Theatre in Celetna and other notable venues such as the National Theatre and the Rubín Theatre. Lukešová appeared in the Italian film Brucio nel vento, which received multiple awards and nominations, and was directed by Silvio Soldini, who competed for the Golden Bear at the Berlinale in 2002. In 2013, she was nominated for the Alfréd Radok Award for Best Actress for her role in the play Terminus. She has also been featured in The Brothers Grimm (2005).
