Barbara Barrie is an American actress who gained prominence with her role as Julie in the 1964 film One Potato, Two Potato, which earned her the Best Actress Award at the Cannes Film Festival. She portrayed Evelyn Stoller in Breaking Away (1979), a role that garnered her an Academy Award nomination for Best Supporting Actress and an Emmy Award nomination in 1981 when she reprised it in the television adaptation. Barrie appeared in the sitcom Barney Miller as the captain's wife from 1975 to 1978. Additionally, she received a Tony Award nomination for her role in Stephen Sondheim's Company (1970). Barrie lent her voice to the character of Hera in Hercules (1997).
