Babul Supriyo is an Indian playback singer who made his debut in Hindi cinema in the mid-nineties. He has contributed his voice to numerous films, primarily in Hindi, Bengali, and Odia, and has also sung in eleven other languages throughout his career. Supriyo has appeared in films such as Sangee (2003), Dwitiyo Purush (2020), and Utsaber Ratri (2026). In addition to his music career, he entered politics in 2014, serving as Union Minister of State in various ministries under Narendra Modi's government.
