Her filmography includes notable works such as The Scrapper (2021), Razor’s Edge alongside James Franco, and 72 Hours featuring Sam Trammell. On television, she has appeared in series like Poker Face, Law & Order: Organized Crime, and The Blacklist. In addition to her acting career, Ava founded WV4 Productions and is involved in various aspects of the entertainment industry. She is also an ensemble member of The Collective NYC, co-founded by Amy Schumer.
