Atossa Leoni is an actress of Iranian descent who made her American film debut as Soraya in The Kite Runner (2007). She has worked internationally in film, television, and theater since childhood and is fluent in five languages. Leoni appeared in the film America So Beautiful, which received critical acclaim and was recognized at the Marrakech International Film Festival in 2002. Additionally, she has narrated audiobooks for best-selling titles, including Khaled Hosseini's A Thousand Splendid Suns.
