Aswan Reid

Aswan Reid is an Australian actor who made his debut in 'The New Boy' (2023). He has Aboriginal heritage from the Warakurna and Kiwirrkurra communities in Central and Western Australia. Following his initial role, Reid and his family relocated to Adelaide for his education. In 2024, he received the Australian Academy of Cinema & Television Arts (AACTA) Award for Best Lead Actor in Film for his performance in 'The New Boy'. He also appears in 'Beast of War' (2025).
