Àstrid Bergès-Frisbey is a French-Spanish actress who played the mermaid Syrena in Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides (2011). She gained recognition for her role as Suzanne in The Sea Wall and portrayed Sofi in I Origins. In 2009, she received the Prix Suzanne Bianchetti and won the Trophée Chopard Award for Female Revelation of the Year at the 2011 Cannes Film Festival. Bergès-Frisbey also appears in the film Cuckoo (2024).
