Ashwin Kakumanu is an Indian film actor who played Arjun in Nadunisi Naaygal (2011). He initially auditioned for a role in Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa but was ultimately cast in Nadunisi Naaygal after being recommended by assistant directors. His performance in the short film he directed caught the attention of Venkat Prabhu, leading to his role in the action thriller Mankatha, which also starred Ajith Kumar and Vaibhav Reddy. Ashwin has appeared in notable films such as Ekk Deewana Tha (2012) and Ponniyin Selvan: Part I (2022). He will feature in Thanal (2025).
