Arun Vaidyanathan is an Indian writer who created the script for the film Aneethi (2023). He began his career in television, writing and directing popular programs for South Indian networks such as Sun TV and Raj TV. His work included the show Hollywood Special, which provided Tamil reviews of American films, enhancing his knowledge of international cinema. Vaidyanathan later pursued formal education in film at the New York Film Academy, leading to the direction of short films in New Jersey. His diverse background includes a degree in Computer Science, which facilitated his move to the United States.
