Armin Shimerman is an American actor and voice actor who portrayed Quark in the television series Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. He has appeared in various notable roles, including Principal Snyder in Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Stan the caddy in Seinfeld, and Dr. Nefarious in the Ratchet & Clank video game series. Shimerman also played Andrew Ryan, a key antagonist in the game BioShock, and Dr. Potter in the film adaptation of Ayn Rand's Atlas Shrugged (2011). He is featured in the film Insanitarium (2008).
