Ariane Labed is a Greek-born French actress and film director who made her feature film debut in Attenberg, earning the Volpi Cup for Best Actress at the Venice Film Festival. She co-founded the Vasistas theatre company and has performed with the National Theater of Greece. Labed has appeared in various notable films such as Before Midnight (2013), The Lobster (2015), and Assassin's Creed (2016). In addition to her acting career, she wrote and directed the short film OLLA, which received multiple awards, including the Louis le Prince International Short Film award. Labed also starred in The Souvenir (2019).
