Anya Wu is a Taiwanese actress who debuted in the film Born To Be King (2000) as Nanako, the wife of Jordan Chan's character. She gained prominence in Hong Kong cinema through her roles in various films produced by Golden Harvest, including For Bad Boys Only (2000) and Sharp Guns (2001). In 2002, she starred in Naked Weapon as Kat. Anya has also appeared in Tsui Hark's thriller Vampire Hunters and participated in a stage play, Glengarry Glen Ross, where she took on a traditionally male role. After returning to Taiwan, she acted in the local adaptation of Sex and the City, portraying the character Samantha.
