Anthony Stewart Head is an English actor and musician who played Rupert Giles in Buffy the Vampire Slayer (1997–2003). He portrayed Uther Pendragon in Merlin (2008–12) and Nathan Wallace/Repo Man in Repo! The Genetic Opera (2008). His film credits include Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance (2011) and Hostage Radio (2019). Head's early fame was bolstered by his appearances in Nescafé Gold Blend commercials.
