Anthony Chan Yau is a Hong Kong actor who produced the film Monkey Business in 1981. He joined Shaw Brothers in 1983, where he produced the notable project Let’s Make Laugh, directed by Alfred Cheung Kin-Ting. Chan also worked on A Fishy Story, which featured Kenny Bee and Maggie Cheung Man-Yuk, the latter winning the best actress award at the Hong Kong Film Awards. He was a drummer for the band Wynners and is featured in Armour of God (1986). Chan later emigrated to the US and retired from the film industry.
