Anson Mount is an American actor who portrayed Cullen Bohannon in the AMC series Hell on Wheels. He has appeared as Jim Steele in the NBC series Conviction and played the role of Black Bolt in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, including in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness (2022). His film credits include Crossroads (2002) and City by the Sea (2002). Additionally, he has taken on the role of Captain Christopher Pike in the Star Trek series Discovery and Strange New Worlds. Mount is also a member of the board of directors of METI International.
