Annalise Basso is an American actress who starred in the lead role of the feature film Standing Up (2012), which premiered at the Cannes Film Festival. She gained prominence for her portrayal of Eden Hamby in the series True Blood. Basso also appeared in the TV movie Love Takes Wing (2009) and participated in the game show Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader? at the age of 10. Basso has established herself in both film and television throughout her career, and she will appear in The Life of Chuck (2025).
