Anna Madeley is an English actress who starred as Clarissa Eden in the Netflix series The Crown (2016). She began her career as a child actress and trained at the Central School of Speech and Drama. Madeley performed three seasons with the Royal Shakespeare Company and appeared in notable off-West End productions, including The Philanthropist in 2005. She featured in BBC TV films such as The Secret Life of Mrs Beeton and Aftersun in 2006. Additionally, she played a significant role in the stage adaptation of The Turn of the Screw in 2013. Madeley reprised her role in the Broadway production of The Philanthropist in 2009.
