Anna Galiena is an Italian actress who gained international recognition for her role in Le Mari de la coiffeuse (1990). She began her career in numerous off and on-Broadway productions, including Shakespeare revivals, before transitioning to film. Galiena has appeared in over 50 films, with notable performances in Jamón, jamón (1992) and Being Human (1994). She has also featured in the thriller Christopher Roth alongside Joaquim de Almeida and Ben Gazzara. In 2007, she participated as a jury member at the 29th Moscow International Film Festival. Her recent work includes a significant supporting role in Virgin Territory (2007).
