Anja Antonowicz is a Polish actress who gained prominence for her role as Nastya Niemeyer in the German series Lindenstraße, which she has portrayed since 2005. She began her career with a significant role as Ruda in the Polish series Na dobre i na zle from 2002 to 2004, followed by appearances in productions like Pensjonat Pod Róza and the comedy Krieg der Frauen. Antonowicz has also featured in various German films, including her notable performance as Maria in the Bella-Block episode Die Frau des Teppichlegers, for which she received a nomination for the Deutscher Fernsehpreis in 2006. Her international credits include Nightwatching directed by Peter Greenaway and Westen, a film adaptation of literature. Antonowicz appeared in Berlin Station (2016).
