Anirudh Ravichander is an Indian film composer and singer who made his debut in the Tamil film 3 (2012). His composition for the song "Why This Kolaveri Di" from the same film gained immense popularity, amassing over 100 million views on YouTube. Anirudh is the son of actor Ravi Raghavendra and has notable connections in the film industry, being the nephew of Rajinikanth and Latha Rajinikanth, as well as the cousin of Aishwarya and Soundarya Rajinikanth. He graduated from Loyola College, Chennai in 2011 and has trained in classical piano and Carnatic music. Anirudh composed music for Maari (2015) and is also involved in Love Insurance Kompany (2026).
