Angela Paton was an American actress who appeared as Mrs. Lancaster in Groundhog Day (1993). She was a veteran of the American Conservatory Theater and co-founded the Berkeley Stage Company. Paton featured in 38 films, including roles in Red Eye (2005) and American Wedding (2003), and made appearances in over 50 television series, such as Thirtysomething (1987-1991) and My Name is Earl (2005-2009). She received the Bay Area Theater Critics Circle Award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in 1987. Paton was a member of both the Actors' Equity Association and the Screen Actors Guild.
