Andre Royo is an American actor who portrayed Reginald "Bubbles" Cousins in the HBO series The Wire. He has appeared in various television shows, including Fringe, Party Down, How to Make It in America, and Empire. Royo's film credits include Shaft (2000), Super (2010), The Spectacular Now (2013), Beautiful Boy (2018), Prospect (2018), and To Leslie (2022).
