Anders Baasmo Christiansen is a Norwegian actor who earned significant recognition in 2003 with the Amanda Prize for his role in the film Buddy. He began his professional journey at Trøndelag Teater and later joined Det Norske Teatret in Oslo. His film credits include Arn – The Knight Templar (2007) and its sequel Arn – The Kingdom at Road's End (2008), as well as The Burning Sea (2021) and The Arctic Convoy (2023). Christiansen also won the Gullruten award in 2007 for portraying Henrik Ibsen in the TV series An immortal man. He is distinguished as the first actor to receive the Amanda, Gullruten, and Hedda awards.
