Ana Ofelia Murguía is a Mexican actress who voiced Miguel's great-grandmother in Coco (2017). With over 40 years in theater, film, and television, she graduated from the Theater School of the National Institute of Fine Arts and studied under Seki Sano, a prominent figure in Mexican theater. Murguía has received the Ariel Award for Best Female Co-Acting four times for her performances in Cadena Perpetua (1979), Los Motivos de Luz (1986), and La Reina de la Noche (1996), and was honored with the Ariel de Oro for lifetime achievement in 2011. She also won the Silver Goddess award three times and received recognition at the Guadalajara Film Festival in 2004. She received special recognition at the Lunas del Auditorio in 2007.
