Amita Suman is a Nepali-British actress who starred as Inej Ghafa in the Netflix series Shadow and Bone (2021–2023). She appeared in a recurring role in The Outpost (2019–2021) and had a significant guest role in the Doctor Who episode "Demons of the Punjab". Suman is also featured in NCIS: Tony & Ziva (2025).
