AJ Styles is a retired American professional wrestler who gained prominence in Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA) and became a multi-time world champion. He began his career in the late 1990s and helped define the X-Division with his high-flying, technical style, earning accolades during his tenure from 2002 to 2014. After his time in TNA, Styles achieved international success in New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW), leading the Bullet Club and winning the IWGP Heavyweight Championship twice. In 2016, he debuted in World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) at the Royal Rumble, quickly capturing the WWE Championship and becoming a Grand Slam Champion.
