Alison Pill is a Canadian actress who received a Tony Award nomination for her role in The Lieutenant of Inishmore (2006). She began her acting career as a child and gained prominence with her performance in the series The Book of Daniel (2006). Pill has appeared in several notable films, including Milk (2008), Scott Pilgrim vs. the World (2010), and Hail, Caesar! (2016). Her television credits include In Treatment (2009), The Newsroom (2012–2014), and Star Trek: Picard (2020–2022). Pill has also been featured in the film Snowpiercer (2013) and Trap (2024).
