Alice Lowe is an English actress and writer who co-wrote and starred in the film Sightseers (2012). She began her career in experimental theatre, performing in productions such as City Haunts and Progress in Flying Machine. Lowe gained recognition for her role in the spoof horror comedy Garth Marenghi's Darkplace, and has appeared in various television shows including My Life in Film and Horrible Histories. She wrote, directed, and starred in the black comedy Prevenge (2016) while pregnant. In addition to her film work, she has collaborated with Paul King on projects like The Mighty Boosh. Lowe appears in Solis (2018).
