Alexis Knapp is an American actress who made her film debut in Couples Retreat (2009). She gained recognition for her role as Alexis in Project X (2012) and later starred in the Pitch Perfect series, appearing in Pitch Perfect (2012), Pitch Perfect 2 (2015), and Pitch Perfect 3 (2017). Knapp also had a role in Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Lightning Thief (2010). Prior to her acting career, she worked as a model. In addition to her professional pursuits, she became a mother in July 2011 when she welcomed her daughter, Kailani Merizalde Knapp.
