Alexis Cruz is an American actor who portrayed Skaara in the original Stargate film and the series Stargate SG-1. He played Rafael in the television series Touched by an Angel. Cruz's film credits include Drag Me to Hell (2009) and he appeared as assistant D.A. Martin Allende in the legal drama Shark. He studied Independent Technical Theatre at Boston University and has Puerto Rican heritage. Alongside Erick Avari, he is one of the few actors to bridge the original film and its spin-off series.
