Alexis Cabrera is an American professional wrestler who made her main roster debut on SmackDown in 2016. She has achieved significant success in WWE, becoming a two-time SmackDown Women's Champion and the first woman to hold that title twice. Cabrera has also held the Raw Women's Championship three times and was the first female wrestler to win both the Raw and SmackDown Women's titles. Additionally, she and Nikki Cross are recognized as the first two-time Women's Tag Team Champions in WWE history. Cabrera's accomplishments include winning the second women's Money in the Bank ladder match and the inaugural women's Elimination Chamber match. She performs on the Raw brand under the ring name Alexa Bliss.
