Alex Moffat is an American actor and comedian who debuted as a featured player on the NBC sketch comedy series Saturday Night Live during its 42nd season in 2016. He became a repertory cast member in 2018, known for his impressions of Eric Trump and Joe Biden. Moffat's film credits include Uncle John (2015), and he made his Broadway debut in The Cottage (2023). He has also appeared in Kinda Pregnant (2025) and Susie Searches (2023). Moffat began his comedy career in Chicago, performing at venues such as The Second City and ImprovOlympic. He left SNL in 2022 after six years with the show.
