Alex Kingston is an English actress who played Dr. Elizabeth Corday in the NBC medical drama ER (1997–2004). She began her career in the early 1980s and starred in the ITV miniseries The Fortunes and Misfortunes of Moll Flanders (1996), which earned her a BAFTA nomination for Best Actress. Kingston's notable later performances include River Song in the BBC series Doctor Who (2008–2015), Mrs. Bennet in Lost in Austen (2008), and Dinah Lance in Arrow (2013–2016). She appeared in Like Crazy (2011) and has a role in The Killer's Game (2024).
