Albert Hall is an American actor who played Chief Phillips in Apocalypse Now (1979). He graduated from the Columbia University School of the Arts in 1971 and made his stage debut that same year in The Basic Training of Pavlo Hummel, followed by a role in the Broadway musical Ain't Supposed to Die a Natural Death. Hall has appeared in various television series, including notable roles as judge Seymore Walsh on Ally McBeal and The Practice. His film credits include National Treasure: Book of Secrets (2007) and guest spots on shows such as Kojak, Miami Vice, and Grey's Anatomy.
